Remote Support for Home & Office!
If you
require On-Site Emergency service, we can be anywhere in Orange,
Rockland and Sullivan Counties in four hours or less.
Otherwise we can schedule a time with you that is convenient.
Once onsite, our service technician will troubleshoot and
diagnose your computer systems and networks to determine exactly
what the issue is, and determine the best possible course of
action.
Should
hardware replacement or major intervention
be required, you will be informed of the cost and
availability before work is done.
We will also be happy to make recommendations if a better option is
available or if a repair is a more cost effective solution. Since we
carry many of the common computer parts in stock we will be able to
complete most repairs the same day even if defective hardware
replacement is required.
